Dr Neela Nath graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Adelaide in 1995 and later earned her Fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (General Stream) in 2002.
A consummate professional with over 30 years of experience, Neela prioritises the health and wellbeing of her patients. When she first started practicing dentistry, little was known in the area of dental sleep medicine and TMJ disorders and she committed herself to pursuing further training and education. The positive impact she makes not only on the lives of her patients but also on their families, is what motivates her to continue her education in this field.
Neela has received extensive training in the areas of Dental Sleep Medicine and TMJ disorders and has been awarded a Fellowship in Dental Sleep Medicine from the Australasian Sleep Association. She regularly attends international and local conferences to stay current and uses an evidence based approach in all her treatment modalities. With more than 25 years of experience in treating TMJ related disorders and providing oral appliances to address snoring and obstructive sleep apnoea for over a decade, Neela is a highly skilled professional in her field.
Outside of her professional life, Neela enjoys practicing yoga, swimming and spending time with her husband, son and fur baby - Riley the Cavoodle.
